Actuary with long experience in the insurance practice acquired in companies and in consulting firms.
Marinella worked for national and international insurance groups (Fondiaria, SwissRe, Winterthur, UNIQA) in Finance (Strategic Planning,local/USGAAP/IFRS Reporting, Actuarial area (technical reserve valuation GI business, pricing) and Risk Management (set up and management of the risk management function).
As a consultant she coordinated audit activities and followed different projects regarding GI actuarial issues (companies and LoB valuations, claims monitoring, pricing motor TPL, IFRS transition, IFRS17 implementation). Starting from 2008 she has leaded several Solvency II implementing projects related to all of the three pillars.

He has long experience in the insurance business, mainly oriented in the Life business and in the modelling of assets.
Giovanni started his career in the Allianz group in Italy, taking part at the start up phase of the first direct insurance company (Genialloyd). He was responsible for pricing motor TPL, developing new products and, more generally, for quantitative analysis supporting the business.
In 1999 he moved to consultancy joining firstly EY and, thereafter, PwC. As Senior Manager in the actuarial practice he supported market leading Italian and international insurance groups.
From the spin-off of PwC Giovanni contributed to founding Parametrica, an Italian consulting firm and professional association, becoming Partner and coordinating audit and Life appointed actuary activities. Consulting projects were on ALM, Market Consistent valuations, M&A activities. More recently Giovanni focused his interest on Risk Management, Solvency II and IFRS17 issues.
